Biography

Craig Beman began sketching in September 1999, following the launching of Healing Promises Ministries. At this time, and at the age of 46, he and his wife Peggy began full-time ministry, stepping out in faith from successful careers, to proclaim the Gospel across the United States.

God gave Craig the gift of sketching and art, 40 days after he and Peggy launched into full-time ministry. Craig had no earlier formal instruction in art and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Nebraska in 1975. He began simply making sketches of his favorite interests, including western, motorcycle, music and sports genres.  As he continued to develop his art, he began to paint digitally, while painting traditional oils has become his favorite medium, with a focus on western, sports and tropical genres.

Simplistic, yet distinguished beauty of his art has innovatively produced images that closely resemble their original state for lasting inspiration and beauty. All net proceeds from the sale of CRAIG BEMAN ARTWORK are donated to Healing Promises Ministries, which has been established in helping pastors fulfill their ministries. His inspirational style has given a unique and yet fresh addition to art.
